- Kindly note that we operate a cashless and paperless system.
- Please note that final entry is allowed up to one hour before closing time.
- Walk-in tickets are subject to availability. Ensure your preferred time slot by reserving your booking online.
- While each timeslot is scheduled 20 minutes apart, visitors typically spend an average of 45-60 minutes exploring the museum.
- Experience the museum at your own pace as it offers a self-guided tour, allowing you to fully engage with the exhibits.
- To ensure a comfortable experience, entry may be staggered depending on the museum’s capacity. This precautionary measure may result in a slight wait at the entrance.
- Children aged 3 and under can enjoy free admission to the museum and do not require a ticket for entry.
Please be advised that all tickets purchased online are only valid for the designated time and date displayed on the ticket. - While strollers are permitted, we recommend checking them in with our staff for a smoother experience.
- Our facility is wheelchair accessible. However, there may be certain activities or areas that are not accessible to wheelchair users. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
